Nutchips include:
- one remote control decoder
- one programmable digital matrix, with 4 inputs and 4 outputs
- one programmable timer ranging from 1/1000 sec to 1000 hours
- one analog comparator to evaluate sensor signals
- three preset digital inputs
Inputs can read pushbuttons, switches, and any kind of contacts or TTL digital circuitry. Outputs can drive directly LEDs, or can be used to switch relays, light bulbs, buzzers, magnets, motors by means of simple adapters. Analog sensors (like photocells, temperature sensors, sound or pressure transducers) can be connected to the analog comparator inputs.
Thet Nutchip works with infrared or radio frequency remote controls changing only the receiver, which is available as a small prebuilt module.
NO PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Nutchips are amazingly simple to use. Just fill the truth table on your PC's screen to decide wich input/output combinations to use. Then download the truth table to the chip via the serial port - that's it.
Nutchips use ICP technology (in-circuit programming), which allows chip programming without removing it form the final circuit.
